Lawn care, planting bed maintenance, exterior building surface care, everything outside of your home is maintained by the Wynnmere Home Owners Association. The Association will establish a reserve fund for major repairs such as roof replacement; the association’s goal is to make every effort to avoid additional expenses at Wynnmere.
